As an ordained minister in the United Church of Canada and a Canfitpro certified Personal Fitness Trainer, an experienced long distance runner and someone for whom physical fitness and spiritual health has always been a major life-focus, I am pleased to offer a unique approach to whole-person wellness that is positive, encouraging, affirming and joyful.
Community is key to the Soul Strong approach.
The program is built on the premise that overcoming the challenges involved in becoming our best selves is best done within a compassionate, encouraging, non-judgmental circle of like-spirited people striving toward the same goal.
Three online (via Zoom) interactive group fitness sessions per week, incorporating cardio, flexibility and resistance training.
The online format makes Soul Strong Body accessible to anyone, anywhere.
Modified and enhanced on an individual basis to suit absolutely EVERY body type and fitness level!
Your Soul Strong journey begins with a through fitness and wellness assessment, designed to help you to determine your individual wellness needs and goals.
A more extensive one on one personal training program is available upon request.
Enjoy access to various forums and events geared toward body, mind and spirit wellness.
Connect with others in a supportive and caring environment to share challenges and achievements.
Your membership fee includes the personal fitness assessment and access to all online group fitness classes.
Monthly fees are suggested; no one will be turned away on account of inability to pay
A high intensity multi-level Tabata workout.
(Chair adaptations of all exercises are offered for participants with limited mobility)
A challenging 45 minute step cardio workout!
A whole body strength training workout, incorporating hand weights, resistance bands and Yoga ball.
